First "Long run" of the track season. 8 miles. Negative split. My lower right leg was feeling really uncomftorable for the first 3 miles, but once i began the 4th mile the feeling went away. I felt good at the end of the run. 6:41 pace. 6:48 6:49 6:57 6:50 6:43 6:43 6:331 6:11. Im focusing this winter on feeling my body during runs, and not paying attention to the GPS watch.
