ran 5 miles with my friend Griffin again. 6:52 pace 34:20. Joints felt a little stiff again. Had to go to the bathroom the last 2 miles of the run.

Had to run before school so it was a lot slower. Around 7 min pace. It took 3 miles to get warmed up and loose, the last half felt good

First "Long run" of the track season. 8 miles. Negative split. My lower right leg was feeling really uncomftorable for the first 3 miles, but once i began the 4th mile the feeling went away. I felt good at the end of the run. 6:41 pace. 6:48 6:49 6:57 6:50 6:43 6:43 6:331 6:11. Im focusing this winter on feeling my body during runs, and not paying attention to the GPS watch.

6 miles in 40:02 6:40 pace. Legs felt really good. Ran the first 5 miles with griffin and then closed the last mile hard. 5:43 for mile 6. no pain in legs.

8 miles in 52:22 6:32 pace. Felt good again. Just went off feel and felt good. Decently hilly course ( library route). Got faster every mile. Wind was pretty strong the last 2 miles.

Just did 7 miles in the morning with my dad and his friend. Didnt even start my watch, it was probably pretty slow, but it was fun.

7 miles easy in 46:39. Negative split again. 6:38 averaged pace. Still not looking at my watch throughout the run, just go off feel and look at it after. Im feeling  a little sick. Was mentally tired the last 1.5 miles.

Saturday long run.did the first 4 miles on my own, then met up with griffin and Grady to do the last 6. Pretty slow. It was pretty slow. Cramped pretty bad the last 5miles. I think around 6:50 pace

7 miles. 5 with griffin. I did a mile, and then met up with him and did 5, and then did 1 on my own at the end. I closed the last mile in 5:38, 6:31 average pace for 7. A little uncomftorable in my left leg, but nothing to serious.

8.5 at 6:27 pace. I did the first mile on my own, then 6 with griffin and then the last 1.5 on my own. I negative split. My legs still feel pretty fresh. at about mile 3 there was a little pain in my lower left shin, but that subsided after a little while.

did my frst workout if the season. 1.5 mile warm up, pkyos and then ran a mile time trial on my own. 4:56. I was verry happy, it felt really good and comftorable. after this I did 6x150 meters all out with about a 600 meter jog inbetween. i got 2.5 miles in on the workout. then i did a 4 mile cool down.

Just did 7 miles easy with griffin. Legs felt better than I thought they would. We just took it easy, averaging just under 7 min pace. Hamstrings and calves a little tight. Did abs after.

9 miles at comftorable pace. 6:29. I was going to turn at 2.5 because it started to hail, but i  knew i had to keep going. And after about 5 minutes it stopped. fetl good though. My stomach hurt the last 2 miles.

A comftorable 8 at 6:27 pace today. Planned on closing the last 1.5 in under 9 minutes... but unfortunetly i had to stop and use the bathroom. i was still able to close under 6... barley in 5:57. I think it has something to do with what i'm eating at lunch.

I  was planning on doing some type of workout, but it was extremely windy. 30 MPH. So I had to be  flexible and just do an easy run. 9 miles easy at 6:41 pace and was still able to close under 6 for the last miile. Legs felt kinda weird, not heavy, but a little tired. My feet are pretty sore right now.

5 x 1200 meters. 3:56 3;55 3:55 3:57 3:56. Did a 2 mile warm up and 2 mile cool down. I was pretty happy with the results considering it was my first workout. Didnt feel super easy but it didnt hurt. I took 2:30 in between each rep

9 miles really easy. Didnt feel to good today, probably my worst run of the winter. Thankfully my watch died at 4 miles so i didnt see the pace. My legs werent heavy they were just really tired

Long run. 11 miles at 6:58 pace with alec and blake. Blake died at 6.5. My legs were still really heavy and tired. 2 strides and myrtle drills when I got home. Much needed rest day tomorow. Going to lower the miles next week
