did 4x800, 2x400. I wanted this to be jsut a confidence booster workout, going in to the race this satruday. I felt like it went pretty well, not as fast as i would have liked, but oh well. 2:32 2:30 2:28 2:29 71, 69. and then I finished up with 2x50 meter blow outs. Not to bad. Legs felt good. When I got home I did the myrtle ruotine. I expect to  be a little sore tomorow, But i should be fresh for the race saturday. I am running the 1600 at jccc. My goal is sub 4:50.
