| 7.5 at 6:45 pace. Felt a little fatigued, but not to bad. No hip soreness. My new years goal is to just give it my all this track season, and leave eerything out there. I want to finish every race knowing that I put it all out there.

| 11 mile Long run with Grady and griffin. It was not too good. I felt pretty tired. My watch wasnt really working, but grady said we averaged just under 6:40 a mile so it was better than I thought

| did 4x800, 2x400. I wanted this to be jsut a confidence booster workout, going in to the race this satruday. I felt like it went pretty well, not as fast as i would have liked, but oh well. 2:32 2:30 2:28 2:29 71, 69. and then I finished up with 2x50 meter blow outs. Not to bad. Legs felt good. When I got home I did the myrtle ruotine. I expect to be a little sore tomorow, But i should be fresh for the race saturday. I am running the 1600 at jccc. My goal is sub 4:50.

| 7 miles easy at 6:47 pace with griffin. Coldest run of the yar. 9 degrees with 25 MPH winds. felt good though, didnt have much sorenesss at all

| 8 miles and did a 4 mile fartlek session. 2 mile warm up, 4 miles fartlek, 2 mile cool down. It went really well. 1 min on 2 min off. It was a confidense boosting workout. Although maybe a little slow, it felt good. Around 5:30 on the on and 7 min on the off.

| Best workout ever probably. 2 mile warm up, then 10 x 400 with 60 sec break and then 2 mile cool down. Fastest splits ever. 70 69 71 70 70 69 69 69 70 69. Very happy with how this went

| 7 miles with stuart. I wanted to go a little slower, but my legs ended up feeling good so it was like 6:42 pace for 7.

| My left hip hurt pretty bad again today, so i had to take it off. Hopefully it will be feeling better tomorow
