5 miles easy at 7:03 pace. My hipflexors have still been really tight so i just went short and easy... I dont know what the rest of the week will look like... Low mileage for sure
5 miles and ended up feeling good. very little soreness. 6:32 for 5. I actually hit my 4 mile in 6:14 and then had to slow down a bit because i didnt want to push it to much
7.5 at 6:45 pace. Felt a little fatigued, but not to bad. No hip soreness. My new years goal is to just give it my all this track season, and leave eerything out there. I want to finish every race knowing that I put it all out there.
11 mile Long run with Grady and griffin. It was not too good. I felt pretty tired. My watch wasnt really working, but grady said we averaged just under 6:40 a mile so it was better than I thought
